Check out page 4 of the Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce Newsletter! Who wouldn't want to attend fitness sessions with The New Lifestyle?!
As a matter of fact, here is a very recent testimonial: "Before starting to work out with Jane at The New Lifestyle I was working out on my own a couple of times a week at a local health club. Over the span of two years I did not have much improvement even though I had several personal training sessions. I was never able to increase my strength and use heavier weights on the machines. I kept trying because it is my understanding that weight bearing exercise increases bone density. After working out with Jane for six months I started worrying about the fact that we never use heavy weights. I hadn’t used anything heavier than 5 pounds. So, one day I returned to my health club to see if I’d lost any ground. I was so surprised! I had to increase the weight on every machine by one or two extra weights just to feel resistance! My stamina on the treadmill and elliptical machine was much greater than ever before. The New Lifestyle workouts really work for me! When I started working out with Jane in January 2015, I had early stage osteoporosis which had been diagnosed a year earlier. I refused the medication the doctor wanted to start me on and told her I would try it my own way first. I improved my diet and started taking a calcium mineral supplement right away. For the last six months, I also attended Jane’s classes three to four times a week faithfully. In July 2015 a bone density scan showed that I no longer have osteoporosis." - Debbie D. I have the privilege of serving the Hilliard City Schools! The staff is learning that they are more productive, more patient, more confident, and more pleasant when they exercise regularly. They recognize the importance of a healthy lifestyle! They enjoy fitness with their coworkers. Here are some pictures throughout our school year. I am honored to continue to serve the staff during the summer too! In June we will celebrate our healthy lifestyle choice.
We will meet at a grocery store to learn about nutritional food and what isn't. We'll check out labels and talk about recipes.
