What keeps you coming to fitness sessions?
How did you start coming? How do you get through your day? Short term goals happen and then what? Your answer may be unique to you. You are driven by something inside of you. It may happen very gradually, and it may not be there at first. As you go through life you are changing and growing all the time. How? Come as you are; learn as you go. Enrich your life. Head to toe exercises. Keep what you have, get back what you've lost. Strength, stamina, stability and mobility. Why? To keep doing what you need, want and love to do for as long as you want. Exercises designed especially for you!! Ready, set, GO!! Bring a buddy - someone you'd like to introduce to The New Lifestyle and/or someone to go along your journey with you. Community: Monday and Thursday we'll be at the Hilliard Community Center at 10:15. Hilliard City School Employees: My classes are each Tuesday at 3:15 and 4:15 at Station. Practice what you want to maintain or improve.
Practice healthy habits. Practice proper body mechanics. Practice functional moves. Getting better and better every day involves action. You get better at the things you choose to practice. Tomorrow we will get moving using the stability ball. We will be at the Hilliard Community Center at 10:15. First class is always FREE!! Hilliard City School employees, you are welcome and encouraged to attend any and all classes at the Hilliard Community Center when you are not in school. Also attend onsite classes!! In every way! Getting better in every way is an achievable goal!
Adding exercise to your schedule will help provide you with the promise of a healthier lifestyle. Moderate amounts of physical activity provide substantial health benefits for all adults. This is defined as 150 minutes per week of moderate intensity activity such as walking, or 75 minutes of vigorous activity per week such as jogging or vigorous sports. Come to the Hilliard Community Center each Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. Your first class is FREE!! (see times below) You'll see that because I emphasize form and function that my fitness sessions are for everyone no matter what fitness level! Clients who are most attracted to this type of training are those about 40 years and older. Personal coaching is available at your convenience! Contact me to schedule your time. These sessions focus on YOUR needs and goals! You may share your session with a buddy! Onsite classes for Hilliard City Schools resume the week of January 8th!!
