Sounds crazy, but exercise INCREASES your energy level!
I know that it's hard to get motivated to exercise with all of the Christmas preparations, but I want to encourage you to include exercise on your list of things to do. In fact, you can make your list while you're working out! :) After your workout, you'll accomplish things much more efficiently.
