This week we will "get it all" through a variety of equipment including chairs, weights, tubes, small balls, and your own resistance. If you have any requests or areas of concern, you may mention them. We'll get those too! :)
Our healthy lifestyle tip this week is: stretching. It is important to take the time to stretch if you are seated too long and after a strengthening class. A few benefits you gain after regular stretching are:
Weekly classes are at the Hilliard Community Center each Monday and Thursday at 10:30, and at the Hilliard Church of the Nazarene each Saturday morning at 9:45. Also, you may schedule a small group or personal coaching session appointment with me any time. See you soon! |
