As you plan your day, be intentional about caring for yourself. Add exercise to your schedule. Be amazed at the positive results.
My classes get you moving in a functional and fun way. They give you hope to live an active and joy-filled life. Diversity in my clients and in my training allows me to create strength and conditioning exercises for a variety of skill levels. Regular participants will increase balance, range of motion, strength and endurance. Exercise is a lifelong healthy habit. Thanks for spreading the word about The New Lifestyle. Like us on Facebook to see more. :) Your first class is always free. Drop in fee is only $7 to make it affordable and to encourage attendance.

"I really didn't feel like coming to class this morning, but I'm so glad I did. I feel much better. Thank you!"
"I had a hard time waking up this morning, but now I feel great. Thanks for a great workout!" "This is exactly what I needed." I am reminded that we are all on a journey - either toward health or toward disease. It is my hope that you choose a healthful lifestyle including exercise, nutrition, plenty of sleep, nourishing relationships, positive thoughts. Mondays we use large stability balls and various equipment provided by Hilliard Community Center. If you have a ball, please bring it. If not, I have extras. Bring your water too. If you prefer to not use a ball, that's fine too. (See below for class times and locations.) Happy Fourth of July!
Due to the holiday, the Hilliard Community Center is closed Saturday, July 2nd, and Monday, July 4th. No group classes will be scheduled. Also, there are no classes Tuesday, July 5th for Hilliard City School employees. I am scheduling personal and small group fitness times. Call, text, or email if you'd like to work out before Thursday July 8th. Group classes will resume Thursday, July 8th at 8:15 at Weaver for Hilliard City School employees and at 10:15 at the Hilliard Community Center for all others. Enjoy your time. Keep moving! |
