A regular participant was shocked to wait until after day 300 of 365 to see that exercise was listed as a way to help deal with grief. She thrives on exercise and knows how much it helps her. She also enjoys meeting with her friends in the group classes.
Exercise makes most things better. This is a very good article by Mercola discussing many benefits of exercise. Exercise will perk you up! The classes are fun and encouraging with variety to keep things interesting and challenging. They are low impact and customized to your fitness level. Each Monday and Thursday 10:30-11:15am and each Saturday 9:45-10:30 at the Hilliard Community Center. Tomorrow we will go to First Watch in Mill Run after our class.
