What keeps you coming to fitness sessions?
How did you start coming? How do you get through your day? Short term goals happen and then what? Your answer may be unique to you. You are driven by something inside of you. It may happen very gradually, and it may not be there at first. As you go through life you are changing and growing all the time. How? Come as you are; learn as you go. Enrich your life. Head to toe exercises. Keep what you have, get back what you've lost. Strength, stamina, stability and mobility. Why? To keep doing what you need, want and love to do for as long as you want. Exercises designed especially for you!! Ready, set, GO!! Bring a buddy - someone you'd like to introduce to The New Lifestyle and/or someone to go along your journey with you. Community: Monday and Thursday we'll be at the Hilliard Community Center at 10:15. Hilliard City School Employees: My classes are each Tuesday at 3:15 and 4:15 at Station. All: SATURDAY, February 3, fitness at the freshly painted Joyful Studio!!!!! It will be the first time we use the brightly colored studio!!!! Let me know when you'd like to sign up: 8:45 or 9:45????
