When you need to sit for the majority of your day (your job, post surgery, riding in a car), you can still exercise! In a seated position, you may find yourself slumping, taking shallow breaths, having increasing head, neck, and shoulder pain, have swollen legs and feet, and feeling sluggish. It may lead to poor food choices and poor sleep.
Today and tomorrow we will use weights and bands to exercise mostly in a seated position. No matter what, you want to have good posture, keep your blood flowing, and have good core strength. Come in person or Zoom in!!
