I've heard so many comments about how people feel they are "old". They feel tired, sluggish, low energy, sad, and unmotivated. The number one way to help avoid this and to turn these feelings around is.... EXERCISE! Exercise helps improve feelings of hope, energy, joy, confidence, and a sense of self-worth. Live it!! My classes will motivate you and encourage you. You may find yourself smiling!! :) On Friday I became certified in Matter of Balance. It helps manage falls and increase confidence. Every single person had a fall story. Keep active!
