As school begins, schedules may change. When will you add fitness to your calendar? For the best results, regular exercise is recommended every single day for about 30 minutes each day! Make sure it gets on your calendar!
And, as you wait for a body part to feel better, work the rest. A strong core is beneficial for quicker recovery time. You can work around a sore body part, and while you do, you will notice you feel better and can move better! Today at the 9:45 and 4:45 classes we will use a body bar and a weightless small ball. I provide equipment! If you are Zooming and don't have the suggested equipment, you may substitute. Or use your own body weight as resistance. Just show up! Once you start coming, you won't want to miss a class!! "Before meeting Jane, I suffered from sciatica. If fact, the pain was severe in my right leg it prevented me from carrying out many normal activities, and I was unable to get a quality night’s sleep. In March I met Jane Stauffer, and everything changed for me. After working-out twice a week for a few weeks my nerve pain was gone. Because of the severity of the problem, it took almost 3 weeks for me to be able to get a good night’s sleep. I am so grateful to Jane for working with me and getting to the source of the problem. Thank you, Jane, for your care and professionalism in helping me lead a healthier lifestyle." --Bob S.
