Here are a few reasons:
The exercises and stretching helps my body to stay limber and stretched out. Any headache or muscle stiffness that I have is gone by the end of class. I believe that consistent exercise keeps me to stay healthy and prevents me from getting sick. I haven’t been sick during the entire flu season. I have noticed a huge improvement and I am constantly aware of my posture. Love the core and flexibility that we constantly work on. Come!!!
