Add a new healthy behavior to your day!  It could be simply drinking more water, working out, choosing fruit over a cookie, parking farther away from the door, taking the stairs, calling a friend, praying, learning how to play an instrument, enjoying nature, smiling more....  Healthy behaviors spark more healthy behaviors. :)   They are good for your health, well-being, happiness, contentment, positivity.....   The behaviors will continue to build for a healthier lifestyle!  What will you choose to add today?   I always encourage you to join us via Zoom!  :)
