This week we will work on functional form and load bearing exercises.  These exercises will be ones we use in daily living.  We push, pull, stand, sit, lift, and move daily.  We will use weights, tubes, small balls on Monday.  Thursday we will use the stability balls.

Classes are each Monday and Thursday at Hilliard Community Center from 10:30-11:15am and each Saturday at Hilliard Church of the Nazarene from 9:45-10:30am.

Tomorrow (Monday) at 6:30pm is our grocery store tour at the Kroger on Rome Hilliard Road. Meet by the floral department to begin the tour.  It will last approximately one hour.  Learn how to make healthier choices for quick and convenient meals.  Please RSVP.  All are welcome.

Monday 9/21 we will hold our regular class from 10:30-11:15 at the Hilliard Community Center.
At 6:30pm we will offer an hour of fitness with the proceeds benefiting the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation!  This is my first ever fundraiser.  Come for exercise and to support this nonprofit organization whose mission is to  cure Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases.
We will use small balls, tubes and weights at each class.  Equipment will be provided unless you'd like to bring your own.  Bring your own water and money for a raffle and gifts.  Cost of fundraiser is $20.

Tuesday, 9/22, you are invited to hear our healthy lifestyle speaker, Debbie Dawn. Debbie is a former school teacher who is certified in Brain Gym. Her topic is the brain/body connection.  Click here to see the flier.  This will be at my fitness studio - 5320 Bonner Dr.  You may bring a guest too.  Free!

Please RSVP.
