January 31 - This Tuesday at 7:00 pm in my fitness studio our HEALTHY LIFESTYLE SPEAKER series begins!! FREE!!  (Please RSVP) (ALL are welcome!! Bring guests too.)
Laura Harris, PhD, AT will present the topic Preventing and Managing Low Back Pain.
She will tell us about:
  • Force Couples (Upper Back, Scapula, Pelvic Girdle)
  • Changes in center of gravity due to age
  • Appropriate alignment head to toe
  • Stretching
  • Strengthening
I am proactive about providing tools and information so that you can gain and maintain a healthy lifestyle.  It is my hope that you are taking steps to enjoy your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Fitness classes resume at the Hilliard Community Center
Mondays and Thursdays 10:15 and Saturdays 9:45.
First class is always FREE!!  Drop in fee is only $7 per class. 
JANUARY PROMOTIONS:  $40 for the whole month of group classes!!  AND,
Personal coaching: buy 5 and get one free!!!
