"I really didn't feel like coming to class this morning, but I'm so glad I did.  I feel much better.  Thank you!"
"I had a hard time waking up this morning, but now I feel great.  Thanks for a great workout!"
"This is exactly what I needed."

I am reminded that we are all on a journey - either toward health or toward disease.  It is my hope that you choose a healthful lifestyle including exercise, nutrition, plenty of sleep, nourishing relationships, positive thoughts.

Mondays we use large stability balls and various equipment provided by Hilliard Community Center.  If you have a ball, please bring it.  If not, I have extras.  Bring your water too.  If you prefer to not use a ball, that's fine too. (See below for class times and locations.)
