Boost Your Immunity with Regular Exercise

It's back to school time, and you may notice people catching colds.  Because you exercise regularly (5 times a week), you are building your inner defense to fight against colds and other infections.  There are studies supporting evidence that regular exercise can even decrease the risk of cancer.

Regular exercise reduces stress and helps you sleep better aiding to fight off disease.  Being with a group of positive and encouraging people will help too!

This week at the Hilliard Community Center at 10:30:
     Monday we will use weights and small balls. 
     Thursday we will include the stability balls.  After our class we will go to Abner's - a local restaurant in Old Hilliard - to allow our fantastic fitness relationships to continue!  Please RSVP so I can call ahead.

This week at the Hilliard Church of the Nazarene at 9:45:
     Saturday we will use weights, small balls, and stability balls.  It is Labor Day weekend.  You can get a good workout in before your festivities!
